it does look kind of prefab but it looks like its at least made of real materials and not like a glorified double-wide held together by sawdust, glue and broken dreams like what you posted

i dont think tranqs house actually IS prefab though. i agree it "looks like" it but i dont think it actually is, at least theres nothing on the page that indicates it is

there is really nothing wrong with prefab if done right. could be better in fact that shoddy construction.
