My husband's New Balance shoes? They are quite flat and thin, part of the nearly-barefoot running craze. He just likes how they look. I bought some Brooks Pure Grit II running shoes a while back. Now those are really comfortable.

Yeah I ran with those in the Army but the sole starting peeling off in like 3 months, hope he has better luck with them
