My new amp and cab wiring.

Just bought a Soundcity stack for a nice price.. and now i have some questions for you guys who maybe have experience with this amp or similar amps

I don't realy get the Brilliant/Normal idea yet, only that the brilliant is a bit more clear then the normal no extra gain or anything.

I think its modded anyway since i can plug it in both brilliant and Normal inputs and both voluje knobs will work, something the original isn't supposed to do as far as i know?

And only the lower two of the inputs work..

Its a weird amp hehe, but i have a hunch the cab isn't wired correctly aswell.
The cab is 16 ohm.. all speakers are 15 ohm..
Correct me if i'm wrong?

15 or 16 ohm doesn't really matter, they're pratically the same when it comes to the amp.

As interesting as that clip sounds, the video sound quality will not do.

The wiring looks weird - is that black wire just loose? Because it seems like it should be connected to the same terminal as the blue wire coming from the input jack. I could definitely be confused, but it looks like you'd only have one of the series pairs working (30 ohms overall) because the parallel connection between the pairs isn't complete.
