My thoughts on the upcoming tour

First off I cannot believe that I will be seeing Opeth live. This is my first time posting here but for the past couple years Opeth has consumed me in many ways. A friend in Sweden who runs a club, in which Opeth played at, got me the band's autographs with no trouble. The band signed a card for a canadian boy thousands of miles away. I am there to see Opeth, but I'd much rather see Kataklysm again for a more well-rounded tour. However, since I believe Opeth is one of the most talented bands in the world I don't care too much.

I will be at the Calgary show and I hope to meet the band.

So far I've met em everytime and took pictures with them all except Lopez. They are absolutely the nicest and most appreciative to their fans if you catch up with them.

That's what they did on the last three US tours so I doubt it. I bet it will be a mix.

They have played The Moor live before, i believe.

They have supposedly been rehearsing Blackwater Park, The Moor, Nectar, and April Ethereal to play, that would be amazing, though I'd also love to hear When and The Funeral Portrait.

I agree, and throw Black Rose Immortal and The Moor in there too. What an amazing set this tour could have.
