Yeah, its a 'chip butty'. In places like Bootle or Kirkby, children eat only these for the first 7 years of their life - they usually end up vomiting if they try anything else during this period. After 7 years old they move up to a full portion of chips and 3 pieces of buttered bread and are introduced to their first new feeding experience - the 'lambert and butler'.
