Need a helping hand

I have read many many posts in forum and also posted a track in past month, but i cant realy rec a guitar part like the most of you do.
I cant understand what am i doing wrong, i have followed every chain you have posted but still my guitar sounds thin and fizz.
My chain is Guitar->Sblaster xfi elite pro->cubase 5->eq (boostin some mids on clear signal)->Revalver MkIII with catharsis impulses also tried recabinet 2.0 -> compressor c4->eq.

Am i missing anything on the chain? Also tried to record mono48k 24bit and 32bit float no difference, then i tried stereo on same specs nothing.
Im desperately need help.


Is there any tutorial or anyone willing to help?

I would post a clip so we can hear what you're talking about, also, most of the stuff you hear on this forum is double or quad tracked

Here is a mono channel of a guitar pic.
i use c4->cubase studio eq->revalver mkIII 6505 pls with catharsis impulses-> waves c4-> waves 4 paragraphic eq->waves deesser.
