Need HELP with the name of a black metal band like BORKNAGAR

There is a new band that sounds like Borknagar on steroids, but I can't remember the name of it. They released their debut album a few months ago. I think either the band or album is something like Oblivious to the I or something like that. I searched for that but I couldn't find it! The album cover is a little psychedelic in terms of a variety of colors....
