Need some opinions on this mix (real drums).

This is a song I recorded for a band called fading reality.
First time editing/mixing real drums (didn't record them myself). I replaced the kick and the toms. Tell me what you thing of the drums and the overall mix. Any advice welcomed.

That snare needs some more work, feels very raw atm. Some reverb, some highend sizzle to give it some smack would've been nice.
Don't like that kick either, I would've tried a different sample. Too much of the wrong kind of click.
