Nevermore Re-Master First 3 CD's

Hey Neil - Was just wondering if you knew who is/has remastered the first 3 Nevermore releases? Also whats your opinion on it? Hopefully not too much is changed, particularly on In Memory and Politics of Ecstasy.

Politricks is just about the same,except they added Love Bites.
In Memory has doubled in length due to demos and live tracks.
the s/t has 5 songs not on the original version

I heard the remastered parts of the stuff I had worked on, but not the complete, compiled new versions. Not sure who did the remastering either but it sounded good.

Its good to hear that you are happy with them - its a shame when the remaster is worse than the original.

Neil, any idea why they are remastering them? I can't think of anything on the stuff you worked on that could use any work. Remastering these days seems to be to just make it sound louder. Is that all this is... to make them more marketable today? Or to make them sound more like what they are putting out lately?

I'd probably take some offense with a 'well you liked it when I did it, what's wrong with it now?' mentality. =p
