"NEVRMOR" Licence plate in Lafayette, California!!

I am dying to know who I saw on highway 24 driving I think it was a Honda with "NEVRMOR" as his license plate. My bassist and I almost shat in our pants. That's so cool...I'm just curious if any of you know who this guy might be.

Best plate I've ever seen up close was one that read "PCEOFMND". I know, doesn't mean the driver is a Maiden worshipper by any means, but still cool.
