Anyone have any band suggestions?

Ill start with (obviously) Wintersun, Brymir, Whispered, Orphaned Land. All in my opinion very epic listens.

These are what I listen to.

If you don't already know the band then I really suggest trying at least one of the songs I've recommended from each band. If the song is good then the others.

Left Ensiferum out because it's their forum and everyone already knows them.

To make it easier I added a direct links to the songs.

Folk Metal:

Equilibrium (Ruf In Den Wind, Unbesiegt, Verbrannte Erde)

Melodic Death Metal:

Cadacross (Among The Stars, Flaming Ember, Wreath Of Seven Stars)

Children Of Bodom (Children Of Decadense, Every Time I Die, Hatebreeder)

Immortal Souls (Dark Night Under The Northern Sky)

Kalmah (Hades, Heroes To Us, Swamphell)

Mors Principium Est (Life In Black, Sinners Defeat, The Distance Between)

Norther (Darkest Time, Mirror Of Madness, Victorius One)

Skyfire (Conjuring The Thoughts, Dimensions Unseen, Tranquillity's Maze)

Wintersun (Beautiful Death, Sadness And Hate, Sons Of Winter And Stars)

Well some bands I listen to, there are about 1000 more...
ArthemesiA (Melodic Black Metal), old Amorphis (Melodic Death Metal), Euphoreon (Melodic Death Metal), Finntroll (Folk Metal), Imperanon (Melodic Death Metal), Hypocrisy (Death/Melodic Death Metal), Sabaton (Power Metal), Tarot (Heavy/Power Metal) and of course Wintersun ("Extreme Majestic Epic Melodic Metal")..

Some Samples:

Another one... This is from when they were called Esoterica but they've renamed to Eso now. Prefer their older music but they're a very entertaining live band.

Hello! very good music in this topic!! I post another suggestion, two bands from Italy:
Labyrinth - Moonlight (from Return to Heaven Denied 1998) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFaaIZQy_do
Vision Divine - Mermaids From Their Moons (from new album Destination Set to Nowhere 2012) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8q0ee447wQM
Then another band i want to suggest is Katatonia. I love all their songs.
Right into the Bliss (1999) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keZEfasKgFs
Without God (1993) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Umbko1vFy6Y
p.s. i didn't specify the kind of metal to avoid mistakes of interpretation :)
