New Cakewalk Interfaces...

Hmm, RCA i/o = instant pass for me. Check out the Presonus Audiobox USB, my housemate just got one and it works fantastically!

umm.... at the risk of sounding stupid, can i ask why? I mean there is a 1/4" input for Guitar/Mic.

What would you recommend for someone looking for an interface with 1/2 inputs (not gonna be recording whole bands in college , aiming for the one at a time and drums sampled approach )?
Thanks

PS: @^ the lexicon seems a-little out of range to me...

Yeah, but it's the RCA outputs that really piss me off, cuz they're unbalanced, and thus connecting to monitors, a re-amp box, or any other semi- to fully-pro audio device would require an RCA-XLR or RCA-TRS cable (assuming that's even possible, since RCA is coaxial) or an adapter plug, which certainly wouldn't improve the sound quality, might decrease it, and definitely would be a pain in the ass. Go for the Presonus I mentioned above dude, $150
