It's not quite as spastic tempo-wise or dynamically as Lucid Interval or something (so far, I'm at song 5), but damn it's awesome. Brutal as shit.
If you didn't like Anomalies, give this one a shot. It's completely different.
I liked Anomalies personally, but I know a lot of CC fans didn't.

They're sort of generic, but decent. I've got one of their albums though, the track Kill for Weed is awesome though.

Anomalies is sort of um, well; an anomaly for Cephalic Carnage. A lot of people were turned off by it. I loved it though.
Albums such as Exploiting Dysfunction and Lucid Interval are a lot different than Anomalies. This one is still great though, I think.

That's the one I have. It's alright, nice and heavy but nothing special.

The last two represent a stylistic change from past albums, although more recent albums have had more vareity than most any grind band. Awesome band though, they never cease to impress me. I dont think they will ever top Lucid Interval for me though.
