New clip REAL AMP haha

First time in about a year that I have had my live rig home and I decided to mic it up and go for it. Not real good at micing but I try atleast. Its my 5150 and Mesa OS mic'ed directly on about 1 inch away. Tubescreamer is used of course. Guitar was my Charvel Socal with a JB tuned to B standard. Sounds like it might be a little bass heavy but any pointers I am definantly down for bc I want to get better at this.

Sounds great man. I don't think it's too bass heavy at all, IMO it's got just the right amount of low end.

I thought it sounded like the Green channel. It is smoother than the typical Red channel sound. No post processing, nice job.

When you say directly on, do you mean straight on the dustcap? If so, it's nutty that it doesn't have a shitload of high end! Great tone btw.

I'm really digging this clip. It shows that the 5150 and OS cab can bring the meat without copious amounts of fizz, raw from the amp. Thanks for the confidence booster!
