it just sounds like the same shit slowed down. The cool thing about bands like that are the fact that it's really fast and technical. Speed metal baroque if you will. If they want to take it in a different direction, imho I think they should change a bit more than that.

I remeber when I was 17 and I heard for the first time Hatebreeder and Follow the reaper.
It was one of the best band I had ever heard.

Now it is "just another metal band".

Whoa, I feel totally different. I hated their early stuff, I thought it lacked balls and it never really struck me even though I did appreciate the obvious talent they had. Are you dead yet was the first of their albums I really liked, and I really dig the direction they're going. Banned from heaven isn't a great song, but I'm still eagerly waiting for the new album!
