I'm very interested now. I love the fact that the mix window is layed out exactly like an ssl. The overall tempo change seemed pretty impressive. It's probably no pro tools killer but it might give logic or cubase a run for it's money.
So i'm reading about it, SSL has nothing to do with it apparently, but the console is layed out pretty close to how a 9000 really looks. I can't wait to try it.

^ maybe not hardcore users but this isn't really aimed for recording studios, it appears to be marketed for project studios and the apple/garage band crowd. That's a giant market.
probably a bad idea for the impulse loving, drum replacement, amp sim vst crowd though...
