AWESOME song! Sounds similar to their last album, which is great news being that "Dreams of Death" was a 9/10 modern classic!

yeah dreams of death was a great album. the production was great and the sounds was between the early 90's style and a modern twist. the 3 recent metal blade albums (high, unnatural selection and my god) had bad production and never seemed to know if it want to be old school or new school

Listened to that a couple times yesterday. Definitely a good sign....

I wasn't too crazy about Dreams of Death. Maybe I'll need to revisit it.

There haven't been too many Flotsam albums where people have raved about the production.

It can be difficult to find the right balance.I do enjoy quite a bit of modern metal but I enjoy that raw distortion coming directly from alot of those vintage Marshall's (Voivod,Whiplash,Razor)

The Flotsam song gets better as it goes on in duration,I think Erik's voice is holding up pretty well through the years.
