I would try to do it on photoshop (now that I know how those guitar colors were made...replacement brush, right?) but i'm on the wrong pc.

Not a brush, it's under Image>Adjustments>Replace Color

And yes, green is totally badass.

I like the replacement brush better. When I go to replace that color, it only selects a few pixels of the purple.

Select>Color Range

Then made a rainbow gradient.
