it doesn't exactly sound like a 'new' singer cause IT ISN'T! well it is and it isn't. tim roth takes a lot of vocal duties. and stu sounds similar to the old singer. stu handles alot of the growling and such. along with the upper vocals.

I heard Tim Roth did most of the vocals on the album, which means Stu has yet to impress me.

yeah i can tell Tim is doing mainly all the singing on this track... it doesn't sound anything different from BiO or DoD... towards the end, it has the higher vocals, probably Stu. But I assume Stu just did more of the growls. Stu has yet to impress me, a lot of energy live, but i didn't like the way he did some of the vocals live
