FUCK YEAH! AT THE COW PALACE! May 26 1991. I was there :Smug:

Alice in Chains on their first big tour, Slayer Anthrax and Megadeth.
They were all supporting Killer Albums! I have the setlists around here
somewhere.

:headbang:!

Did you go to the secret show in Petaluma, CA? That was bittersweet for me. I think they went under "Vic and The Rattleheads."

Someone correct me if I am wrong!

Look at this cool poster! I have one from England.

The Polish Legions will appreciate it ;).

I remember that poster. Saw it in a magazine.

Did I go to the secret show? No!....It was a secret. Nobody told me!
I believe you are correct, though, it was "Vic and the Rattleheads"

I've seen those on eBay , and I always seem to miss the damn auctions. I want one. I went to the US Clash of the Titans in Costa Mesa (orange county) w/o Testament. Still has to be one of the best (and most violent, haha) concerts I've been to.

My poster was from a mag, too.

 True. Well, 'someone' told me about it (heh) and I got passes for myself and a couple of friends. Members of Metallica showed up! It was fun, though I didn't drink or anything  back then.

Unbelievable!

Y'know, it seems that what ever Metallica "does", Megadeth seems to follow, only with MUCH better results. I mean, Metallica goes more mainstream with the "Black" album, and then Megadeth does sort of the same thing with "Count Down to Extinction" and then Metallica "goes back to their original thrash roots" with "St. Suxor", and now Megadeth is doing the same thing, only they really are going back to their original thrash roots. This tune kicks! Can't wait till they release the whole thing! :headbang:

Also, just my personal opinion, but James Hetfield is like Dave Mustaine, but with no balls.

Which ones showed up? James and Lars, Jasun? Kirk?
I bet they were drinkin...

Do I know of the 'someone' in which are you referring?
You may not have drank or anything back then, but you can always
make up for lost time! :)

I agree. TOTALLY. There are way more cool Megadeth albums within
the last 15 years than there are cool Metallica records.

I agree. TOTALLY. I always heard that Dave wrote lots of riffs back in 81/82
when he was in Metallica and his name is all over songs on KEA and RTL.
Dave still writes way better riffs than James does. That much has been
apparent for the last 15 years as well. I've been waiting for the second
coming of Megadeth, cause as I've said a lot lately,

THE WORLD NEEDS DAVE MUSTAINE.

fuckin´ hell, I love that stuff ............ I didn´t expect "Rust In Peace" times would ever come back ... they ARE !!!!! I hope there will be a whole album sounding like that :headbang:

You know, I seriously have no idea why Marty's name comes up..... he really seems to go back and forth as to whether he wants to do another MegaDave record or not.....

Rust in Peace def kicks ass. Holy Wars, Take No Prisoners, Tornado Of Souls,
Polaris....kick ass!

I've been so eager myself.....went back and listened to the first disc,

I LOVE those songs, Mechanix, Looking Down The Cross, and Chosen
Ones are my fav's. They have a more current version of These Boots
that's way better. Mega did it during the "So Far So Good SO WASTED"
era that I LOVE so much.

I have it on MP3 if anyone wants it. It's WAY cool.
