hey can anyone give me some feedback on this mix? for my bands EP next month.

it's my first mix on my brand new krk rp6's, and also the first time using my newly purchased joey sturgis tom samples. :D

guitars are LePou head/cab sims (the le456 amp) and a tubescreamer emulator
bass is DI, and a tse bass driver pedal sim.
drums are ezdrummer, for midi, but the kick, snare and toms are 100% replaced.

no mastering on this, only a l1 on the stereo out to stop any clipping etc

Yeah I agree with the poster above. You've definitely nailed a good guitar tone but try to work on the velocities on those drums, especially the cymbals can be more lively. Imagine what your imaginary drummer would accentuate, it definitely wouldn't be every single hit.

cheers guys, thats the one problem i've always had since i don't have the facilities to record drums :/, i'll spend a good amount of time on the velocities of the drums. i did a very small random quantise, to move the midi around a bit, make it seem more real but yeah i agree with you guys on the robo drums aha :)
any other thoughts?

i was hoping to get some feedback on the overall tone/sound of the bass because i've been struggling to get the nice sound i want.
