What's wrong with the new cd-cases?

I think they look much better now...

What?! Are you mad?! It's like they though "Hey! We have to make the CD's more attractive so people will buy them... Hmm... I know! Let's make holes in the edges so they will look hip and cool!!! And while we are still on it let's make the edges round!!!"

I thought those cases were only for CD/DVD combos and DVD audio releases (er, 5.1 or whatever the hell it is) Haven't ever seen a standard release in one of those cases.
