Has anyone seen this stuff? I'm not quite sure I understand..."Profundo Rosso"? "In the Year of Our Lord 2003"? "Est. 1990"? I don't get it...that middle one worries me especially...

Um...I don't know how right I am, but 'Rosso' is red in Italian. Profundo is a Latin word for "to gush forth, or a stream". I don't know if it's an Italian word or not.

I think they were made especially for the dvd filming gig, I got mine there, and then saw them popping up on merch sites within the next couple of weeks.



I imagine that its either a joke about the constant satanist references opeth get bombarded with, or its simply a cool way of saying 'i was there'

I bought the Deliverance hood at yesterday's Oslo gig. Like many others I might point out. I think its very nice. You can interpret the line "In the year of our lord" anyway you like, but "our lord" doesn't necessarily have to mean the christian god or have anything to do with religion whatsoever.
