New Pyramaze in the works?!!!

Hey there fellow knasboll!

Guten abend! Knasbollar rule! :kickass:

Of course we're moving on. No use releasing the same thing again is there? We'll take what we've got and that's alot, move on, explore new grounds and make the best album we can!
If there's anything I know is that we're not releasing anything sub-par. This is going to be a stellar release. We'll stand behind it 100%.
Not to stop you guys speculating... keep going. You'll have lots of fun revisiting this thread once the album's out. :)

Good to know that! Guess we all are speculating, hoping in some ways... though hope might not be really necessary, seems you guys already know what it takes to record some amazing stuff. :)

Either way, can't wait to hear you with Pyramaze and Trail of Murder as well... it all sounds so promising!

We all know the new release (musically) like all the others will instantly be recognizable as Pyramaze. What excites me the most is simply having Urbans vision and talents in this band. Also, we all know this music starts with the genious in Mike... but Mikes comments of expanding the songwrititng so to speak throughout the band is promising...giving the talent of the other members.

Also, the next release will not be a concept album...I love concepts when done the correct way...and Pyramaze has proven to do it the correct way. However, I sense the next CD as mentioned not being a concept...the band will take each song more so on its own merit (like Immortal) and grind out even better individual tunes, having more variety and will allow the band to grow even more artistically. This band seems to have the need to grow as artists, make the music the way they choose to...they don't make music that the industry or fans want...they make music that thier own core fans love and appreciate...they are not sellouts.

To have all members in some bands giving input allows for more creativity, but does not always result in good music. Simply, many members in other bands just plain suck ...so they shouldn't necessarily be allowed to have input? I don't see Pyramaze ever having this problem. Thats my 2-cents and I'm stick'n to it!:)

Aside from the forthcoming Nevermore, and possibly the next Redemption, this is my most anticipated release. I'm very curious to see how all the songwriting comes together. Although I wish the band and Lance could have made things work, I'm excited to see Urban involved with with a project worthy of his talents.

Really? That surprises me a little, that it's that high on your list, esp. considering your man crush on Barlow. :) I'm also very curious how it is all going to go together. This is the first time Urban has joined an already-established band that I was already a fan of so it is new territory for me.

With the IMO huge leap forward on the latest Bloodbound release and what I've heard of the Trail of Murder material, I am really, really dying to hear some new Pyramaze material with Urban. Maybe if I ask sweetly enough someone will let me hear works in progress once in a while. :loco:

Totally agreed!!! :kickass:

Let's see what it takes... if it's just an uncensored version of "porno kitty", that would not be that hard to arrange, right? :)

Well, if it has to be the same cat, it *could* be an issue... this is my friend's cat and if I send her an e-mail asking for Miss Helen Penelope Fluffy au naturel, she might not speak to me ever again.

Why did you make this public? Otherwise we could have taken any cat that almost looks like Miss Helen Penelope Fluffy and no one would have known...

Maybe I could ask your friend innocently to take care of her cat just for one day... in fact, even a few hours may be enough... I'd just have to organise a cam, but that should not be too hard... give it a thought! Unless, hm, she also reads posts in this forum, then it was my fault this time and she might be warned!

Of course, all of this is contingent on pure speculation on my part that Michael has a weakness for pics of female cats in suggestive poses...I could be wrong

Nevermind, it's worth a try, isn't it?

If it doesn't work we still can come up with another idea...

It has been quite a while since any news got out...

I hope you are almost done with the new Album. I really loved the first 2 albums, whereas Immortal took some time getting used to. But as others wrote in this thread... Its Pyramaze and i am absolutely positive Urban Breed will be good for Pyramaze and vice versa.
