New recording PC upgrades... help?

I'm looking to go from a single core to a dual core...

here a list of what I'm thinking of getting.

I have a case and HDs and drives and whatnot... as far as the mo.bo/core/RAM goes, do I need any additional items?

I'm basically replacing those items with what is in the computer linked below.
