new song and impulse!

Did a new song yesterday and tweaked a new impulse of my Savage. I also tried out my new guitar:

It is currently for Space designer, but I've heard that if you just rename it to .wav it works in other programs aswell such as altiverb.

Both "song and tone"-wise is great! Double or quad tracked? What did you use for drums?
Do you know how to make the impulse work with Boogex or other non-mac impulse loaders?

Thanks, this is recorded with just a right and left guitar. So only 2 tracks. The drums are superior 2.0 with a bit of modification.

Actually on this clip I'm using revalver JSX as a preamp. Normally I would use my 580 preamp or the preamp on my savage.

And what Ibanez model is that? I've always loved the reversed headstock-design on Ibanez guitars

-The Ibanez model is a 08 ltd edition called RGR08ltd. They're really cheap! Bought one new and I'm extremly happy with it.

-Revalver preset is coming later tonight when I get home!

-Allu, with spacedesigner just load it as an IR(don't rename it). put the dry signal to zero and the wet to 100%

Hey man, just noticed that the Ibanez features a Duncan Blackout (almost 1/3 of the price of that guitar here)!
How would you compare it to an EMG81 (cause iirc you have a guitar with an 81... I could be wrong anyway...)?

Wild Hades: Yeah the price of the guitar was crazy... I paid around 400 Euros from a store in Sweden which I think was a bargain for a brand new guitar!

And I really like how the blackout is sounding. But I still can't choose if it sounds better than emg 81. But still nice to have a bit different sounding pickup.
