Yea I feel like the vocals are really weird on this one. Like he can't project like he used to? There's something missing from his performance.

I don't think his performance is the problem, it's just this specific song that has some weird vocal arrangements. That's the impression I get, but we will find out when the whole album is released.

Awesome production, killer riffs and playing, and the vocals *sound* good, but the vocal melodies just aren't as catchy as older tunes.

Vocals are fantastic on that one. I've listened to Nevermore a few more times as well. It's definitely just a different route for him melodically. He's still got the pipes thankfully!

Stoked to hear the whole record! That song almost sounds a little radio rock. But still great.
