Um, do you really WANT to stop listening to it? More or less have people help you stop listening to it? its fucking bloodbath \m/
 
All I can say is: this is the best bloodbath album. It slays, very good performance, cool songs, and even some Azagtoth tech-riffing (gotta love cancer of the soul). Great shit. I've always prefered to have mikes voice in opeth, where it belongs. feels kind of fresh with peter dealing with the vox, especially when it's done this good!
 
Yeah, I'm liking NMF more than RTC. Things just seem more well rounded this time. The new lineup is working better for me. However, while I think the vocals are pretty good (much better than I had expected) I still think those were better on RTC. The instrumentation and composition makes up for that though.
 
i just got NMF the other day and its much better than RTC. i'd also have to say the vocals really suite the music alot more than i thought they would and the drum beats are much better on this album.
 
RTC is a very good album but i find NMF a bit better, it's more melodic. I am not a big fan of Hyprcrisy but I really like Tägtgrens grunts on RTC.

It was Akerfeldt not Tagtgren on vocals on RTC
 
Just got my copy and I must say NMF is way better than RTC.
Much better production and instrumentation.
I like the melodic stuff!!!! This kicks ass.
 
I really like the new album though it sounds different than the last one;

what i'm sad about is that "Outnumbering the day" has this killer-riff in the beginning and then the song interrupts after the solo without coming back to this masterpiece of a riff. F+++ing unbelieveable!

It's like some old Hypocrisy songs: the best chilling guitar-riffs are just used once or twice...

"Outnumbering..." would be even better if just the chilling riff with the lead guitar would come in once again at the end.

Grrrr....
 
i whish I could post my comments on the new Bloodbath album too...but I ordered it almost two weeks ago through amazon...and I haven't received it yet...which makes me really angry and also a little bit worried...argghhh I guess this is the last time I order cd's through the internet...

fuck Italian posts...or fuck amazon...:yell:

Thank you for the suggestion, bu finally I got my copy today...so in the end it was worth waiting..
The album really rocks, maybe I like it even more than the previous one!!!
So far my favourite are "Year of the cadaver race"- nice to hear this part with flies in the background, he he the lyrics are the best!!!:) ...then Outnumbering the days, Soul Evisceration, and ...and...I still have to give the album a few more listenings, but so far it seems to be a killer album, great at first listening......wanna see them live!!!!!!
