Nah, they NEVER toured the US EVER. Every tour they booked prior to the one last fall got cancelled because of Tarja. I don't like Nightwish but they're doing the right thing.

They toured here before the ill-fated tour with SONATA ARCTICA for the "Once" album. I saw NIGHTWISH with LULLACRY at B.B. King's. This is from NIGHTWISH's website.


16.01.2004 - Nightwish on USA tour

Nightwish will make their very first USA tour on August-September 2004. Three weeks tour will include 14 shows all over the North-America. Some shows are already published in the Internet and we will release the complete tour list on the Nightwish.com some day soon.

I saw them on Sunday, August 22nd, 2004.

I never said they didn't play the US before, but they never did a FULL TOUR (more than 10-12 dates) untill now.
