The other thing I have that is really cool is the deluxe version of And All That Could Have Been, which has the "Still" bonus CD. New and "acoustic" stuff. Very cool. I've got several shows too.
Yes, I have that Still CD which made overpaying for that bonus edition well worth it. Actually just that version of Something I Can Never Have was worth the $45 alone.

Oh yeah, I'd love to have that stuff from Quake and a bootleg, let me know if you want anything besides Mabool otherwise I'll grab something random and send it your way in the next day or so. :)

Jesus, you paid 45 bucks for that. I think I bought it at best buy for less than 20. Day of release of course. I got the last one. I think it was a fairly limited limited edition.

I can't think of anything else for you to send. Unless you've picked up something interesting lately. I'll get some NIN out to you. I'll send a show too, since you can mail 2 discs for the same price as one.

Yeah, I totally got hosed on it. What happened is that I ordered the double disc edition like 2 weeks before release date and Circuit City let me know THE DAY OF RELEASE that it was backordered so I panicked and got it off eGay as quick as possible. Most stores were sold out the first day, but I saw several new copies at my local overpriced (but VERY good) music store for $30 almost a year later. What counts is that I have it! :D

Cool thanks, I'll find something else for ye, hopefully you don't own it already.

Awesome, thanks.
Do you like other industrial stuff? The reason I ask is that Murder Inc.'s s/t album is a killer album that is not very well known. It had Chris Connelly from Revolting Cocks and Ministry on vocals, and guys from Killing Joke and Pigface. If you like the genre and haven't heard it, let me know. I try to turn people on to this album.

Sure! I only have so much industrial (a handful of Ministry, Killing Joke, Kraftwerk, and... that's probably it), but I do like what I know.

I'd totally have sex with Trent Reznor. I'm not gay and he's not gay, but it's just the right thing to do.

Its Apple's media player for I-tunes. Nevermind. I'll burn you off some audio discs. Some NIN, Revolting Cocks, Killing Joke, Murder Inc, and maybe some Skinny Puppy. If you haven't heard that stuff you need to check it out.

1000 Homo DJ's cover of Supernaut absolutely rocks, and is third best song on that album behind the Type O song and the brilliant Biohazard song.

Earache's Masters of Misery Sab Tribute is also really good with Godflesh, Fudge Tunnel, Iron Monkey, Cathedral, etc.

I love it when Patton just babbles that one verse. :tickled:

In all honesty, Type O Negative's cover of Black Sabbath is on par with Sabbath's best, if not better. Slightly.

i went to the used book store today. while there i saw NIN's Broken (see my only other post itt, this is the "one with the orange cover") for like $5. i remember thinking it was pretty good back when it was released (1992), so i grabbed it.

this has aged well. this comes off more brutal and angry than most metal bands. however, this is where i start and stop with NIN

Ghosts I - IV is definitely a highlight of the last few years. His other recent stuff is good, but nothing that will stand the test of time I don't think. Ghosts though... just wow. Adrian Belew's contributions really solidify that stuff as Instant Classic for me.

Holy 5 year old thread and shit.
