Nintendo Revolution

A remote...that's hilarious!!! :tickled:

They probably had all these wicked futuristic idea's and turned them all down because they were too expensive...and then Joe Slacker comes in with his remote and says "Tv remote.... good....Napster... Bad...." and they decided to make it. GOLD!

I'm not into video games anymore but when I was I gave up on nintendo when they released Nintendo 64...
yeah, nin 64 was a big dissapointment. They only had sissy games. I'm much happier with my xbox and World of Warcraft:P

Edit: Play Kingdom Under Fire on Xbox, the soundtrack is pretty cool, it's made by a Korean metal band. One of the characters, Lord Reigner, is one of the coolest playable evil characters of all time. He just looks so badass.

Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart, Mario party 1 t/m 35346 and many more. But still the lamest Nintendo console indeed.

i liked the controller for N64. still my favorite controller of all. ...Mainly because it was a mix of a SNES controller and a joystick.

oh yeah... those were the only few good games available on the console. I think I only had 5 nin 64 games.

N64 ruled for its time.
then the developers started slacking.

N64 has the best controller ever made.
the system created a 3D environment like no other for its time.
the system, at the same time, had some of the shittiest 3d rendered graphics by today's standards.

but to think it came out in like 95/96 and the power of it compared to its previous system is just mind blowing.

i think the system was the last innovation by Nintendo (and probably any other company). and the revolution will be its next. the only other innovation i've seen since N64 was online play, but that wasn't really new because of PCs doing it long before hand.

the Nintendo DS was somewhat innovative with the stylus but eh.

i just wish other companies would care more about making something new and original rather than the same old shit.

I think the control has some potential but would take a bit getting used to. Whats got me excited are the graphics I've seen so far for the next gen stuff. Anyone else see the preview for Resident Evil 5? Check out those new pics of Metal Gear Solid 4 on IGN. Now just give me a preview of Halo 3 and I'm set. I just can't figure out how the hell I'm going to pay for all 3 systems. Ouch.

As usual, I'm not going to buy a system so soon. I'll probably wait about a year, knowing all my friends will buy the systems. Since they're Xbox bitches, they'll all buy xbox's, besides maybe one friend who will buy a playstation.

I've always been a huge fan of Nintendo. Just because they're one of the only companies out there who continue to push the limits and think of creative stuff. Not only that, but I grew up with most of the games... Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Mortal Kombat (on both systems, however the graphics were always much better on SNES and N64), and etc.

I'll be looking forward to testing out the Nintendo Revolution.
