No News From Bush!

He (unlike some other's who we can't name or we will get *banned*) has too much class to run his mouth. Just wait, he will speak.

I'm not talking about running off at the mouth; I just want to know what's what! If John isn't back by tour's end & Anthrax decide to record with Joey, a ton of people around here are going to be really pissed off! Especially with all this pussying around about not knowing what the future holds. All I want is a little clarification.
 
i think john's sitting at home enjoying some time off with his wife and baby which he has probably wanted for a while now. he may have even pushed the guys personally to do this reunion knowing that it would give him free time he may have desired. maybe the guy wanted some time off, but didn't want to disappoint the others, so he told them to get back together with the other guys and have some fun just like he did with armored saint. i think bush is a class act and this makes sense to me. i'm fairly confident that this reunion thing won't be permanent. it may last a few years and it may end tomorrow, but i think they will eventually get john back in the fold and get going again. honestly, i think the whole band realizes that with bush they made some of the greatest music of their lives, but they still have all those old tunes that were created with other people. i'm sure it's fun for them to go back and revisit what was a much more innocent time in their lives just to be able to relax a bit. everyone needs to relax once in a while. maybe this is just scott and charlie's way of doing that.

I hope you're right. John is a class act but he need money for living and Anthrax deserve to tell him if the futur of the band was with im or not. He was one of the best metal singer (if not the best). If they kick im out of the band, that will be the worst decision of they're career! That's my 2 cents. :hotjump:

A fan that enjoys Johns voice more than joeys, prehaps? As much as i like the music I DO find joeys voice a turn off. I dont listen to that eras albums now that i have GOTE. I too dont think I could purchase an album with him on, but Im keen to see them live tho.

I'm a hardcore Bush fan! And dude, I really have no explaining to do. If you like both singers equally, that's your business. I personally think you need to have your ears checked. Bush is 100 X the singer & front man that Joey is.

Oh and please let's not resort to acting like 10 year olds with the insults.

Thanks for the message Scott. I apologize for the harsh opening statement saying that I’d be gone if Bush was. I do appreciate both singers for what they offered the band, but with Bush I feel like the band can move forward & upward.
I've seen you guys 9 times, all with John as front man. And let me just say that Anthrax just seems to get stronger each time.
Good luck with the up-coming tour, & I hope to see you back in Montreal.
