I am facing problems with my browser
This may just be just and other stupid question that you have already answered but I never had a similar problem and have no idea what to do.
The first concerns animated gif files on the internet.
Every time I am in a forum or site that has an animated gif,I only see the first frame and when I save it on my hard drive it is in file type called Bitmap Image instead of gif.
This happens with firefox and explorer as well.
The second problem is more complicated and harder to explain since English is not my native language, but here goes
When I am sent a link to a video,on youtube for example,I open it but when the quality is to good for my connection to stream and play as it downloads,it just stops to download.
Instead of buffering at the point is stops and continue when it has downloaded enough data to display,it simply stops to download the rest of the video and the option replay pops up as if I have seen the entire video.
This only happens with firefox
Could it be a conflict with my firewall or something ?
If you have any ideas, I would be really grateful.
Thank you !
