I made chili the other night, and also got drunk in the process! That always happens, and my chili recipe stays 99% the same each time, but I always change the beer I use, and that really determines the character.
Tonight I took my wife and ma to my new favoUrite Thai restaurant. I had the greatest beef panang I've ever experienced, and this is the type of place that actually makes things spicy when you request that it be spicy. I can't wait for the painful dump tomorrow.
Speaking of that, I'll be having Vietnamese tomorrow from a restaurant called A Dong. It frequently gets a B rating so sometimes we call it B Dong, but tonight I drove by just to make sure that it is A Dong, and yes, it is A Dong currently.
