Haha, we have the lamest dishes associated with our country (not to say they aren't tasty!)

I'm going to cook chicken risotto tonight.

when I was in London in 96, it was smack during the time of that big Mad Cow Disease outbreak ... all McDonald's, any fast food and the like places were on lockdown ... seriously had trouble figuring out what to eat.
Thank God for the large Indian population there and the great Indian Restaurants
