According to their website, it should be at least in the mixing stage right now. If it's out by the end of the year, then it'll only have been 3 years. That's not so bad IMO for a smaller band like them. We waited what...5 years for paradise lost? Everyone was patient about that and understanding with updates...not to mention how grateful they were upon release and how much tact was shown throughout the whole process.

Yeah, I agree...perhaps my Chinese Democracy comparison was a bit overboard, I just remember a severe lack of any info a few months back ;)
 
It's probably not as suspenseful for me. I like the band quite a bit, but I grew accustomed to their updating habits a while back, so I generally only check their site every few months or so by which there is almost always some sort of update.
