Do you own Meddle? Personally, it's my favorite Floyd album. It's a record of total classics, and not a filler track to be seen. That, and it has Echoes. What's not to like?

Actually, if you read the history of the making of that album, Seamus was a genuine song idea by the band. San Tropez was actually the "filler" song. Their label wanted a short "happy" track to balance out the darker sounds of the album. So they wrote San Tropez. Either way though, even though some songs do seem like filler, every one is equally impressive and amazing. One of the most solid records ever.
