An incredible step-up from their first two albums, and a worthy successor to 2004's Starfall. While I like all their albums, it's always nice to see bands branch out and try something new, while still retaining what's stellar about previous releases, in Dragonland's case: Epic, soaring choruses and epic orchestrations. Keyboarder Elias Holmlid is a big fan of Bal Sagoth and sometimes it shows, but in a good way.
