That Belial's mini-album is fucking incredible! I absolutely love everything about this record - the sound, the production, the vocals, the cover art, just everything. Really iconic album for black/death metal genre.

Never Again is really good, you might want to revisit the album. There's no reason why anyone who likes Death/Black metal would not really like it. It is a classic imo.

I think I have the reissue on cd here somewhere so I know I've tried it more than once. I always considered that album to be very "meh". I rarely use the word but I'm slightly drunk and I just want to use it. So, meh. Once more: meh.

Yeah, it's kinda strange decision for a death metal band to change the style to rock/punk music (whatever Belial presents on their last record). Usually it's other way around.
