I absolutely loved Kitsune, but everytime I saw them live (they play ALOT in LA) I would get bored when they played new material.

Yeah, it was exactly what I expected...

Felt more like an artist album for Emma, tbh. I will say there were a few good songs on it, but the production went down, there were 0 heavy-ish moments, and the other musicians never really got to share the spotlight.

It wasnt BAD per se for what it is, it just lacked what Kitsune mastered so perfectly. Let me know when you give that one a listen.

Aw that's too bad, but I like that I can expect a heavier album in Kitsune. I thought Salome was great because at a few parts it reminded me of Pornography era The Cure, which is always super cool in my book. But yeah I'll let you know when I get to Kitsune.
