I don't know if it's underrated in general, but "underground" people more into old school death metal and the likes probably overlook the album, it's heavy as fuck though.

I claimed that Those Once Loyal was better than the IVth Crusade, but now I have to update my opinion. I haven't listened to Crusade for a long fucking time. Too fucking long.

Both albums are fantastic. The intro riff and main riff to the title track of the IVth crusade makes me wet. I play it on my own guitar for like hours straight haha.
