I'm listening to the new Obscura album and I don't know what to say about it. The whole album is rather cool but I literally couldn't sit through that 15 minute track. I can't even remember if it was boring or not. They shouldn't write such long songs for their own sake.

The bit starting at 2.45 in the title track is one of the few things that still gets me involuntary headbanging! PLEASURE TO KILL! Destruction are easily my favourite of the big 3 Teutonic thrash bands though.

I'm a Sodom guy myself but Pleasure to Kill and Coma of Souls are both pretty badass, for some reason I haven't listened to much Destruction. I should change that.

You're forgetting Endless Pain and Terrible Certainty.

Being a huge black metal fan, I feel that I should like In the Sign of Evil the most. I should revisit it soon to see if my opinion is higher, it has been a long time. While I like Agent Orange, it has never been a favourite of mine.

Destuction's Sentence of Death, Infernal Overkill and Eternal Devastation is some of my favourite thrash that isn't Slayer.

Some folk black type stuff out of England. Heavy on flutes. Some of the tunes are pretty amazing, but there are some duds for sure.
