I see lots of people claim they're ripping off Obliteration.

I can see that, they sound very similar. I think Obliteration are more orthodox though, but not by much. It could be that Obliteration have invented a sound which many bands might adopt.

Similarly many people said Obliteration ripped off Autopsy.
