It's a fucking tragedy this album doesn't seem to be doing better than it is. Nobody seems to be talking about it.

Didn't know about it, but I like their demo stuff. Will check out.

i actually dont like that album much. I try to pull it out once ever few years and see if anything changes but nope, not for me. I much prefer their first selt-titled EP

I loved "Walls of Jericho" when it came out, but over the last three decades, it got (on average) less than one spin per year, yet not because I dislike the album now, but simply because there's lots of other stuff I like more. As regards Helloween's debut EP, I would say that I like any song on it better than "Reptile" and "Gorgar" (IMO the two weakest songs on "Walls of Jericho"), but "Victim of Fate" is the only song I like as much as my three favourite songs on "Walls of Jericho" ("Ride the Sky", "Phantoms of Death" and "How Many Tears").
