Well its really just some average/ below average thrash imo. Pretty run of the mill and generic. Pretty cool artwork but you're not missing much.

People are describing this as black/crust. Am I crazy when I hear virtually nothing of either on this album? This sounds like blackened mallcore to me but apparently M-A and RYM disagree.

Yeah, I heard this in November and it sounded that way to me. Still sounds crappy.

Yeah I don't hear the crust either. More like black metal + screamo or some shit.

Yeah just finished the album, three of the four songs have less than a minute of d-beat-ing so that qualifies in some people's eyes I guess. "Crust punk" has to be the single most over/misused genre descriptor these days.
