The best of 2004 thread reminded me of this masterpiece. This is the kind of insanity that transcends genres. I listened to a lot of goregrind the last couple days, but this (especially the guitar sound and some of the riffs) actually reminds me of Lymphatic Phlegm.

A weird, and amazing album.
