Saw D.R.I. live about a decade ago or so and it was one of the roughest, craziest shows I have seen. They played a place that does not usually host metal shows and the ones they do cater to boomers who want to stand around and watch some 80s hair metal cover band while thiey sip overpriced drinks. Security at the venue was not prepared for the moshpit during this show. After about three songs the singer made a comment about the place not being used to metal shows and the crowd should cool off because too many people were getting ejected.
