I remember it being ragged on a bunch years ago, but I can't name an album more endearingly unhinged from the period or maybe any other period for that matter.

I think that there'a been a lot of reevaluation in regards to some of the more weird black metal albums of the 1990s, which is a good thing as I tend to enjoy them.
