I like Orgasmatron a lot too. I'm not sure how praised Orgasmatron is, by why is it wrongfully given?

Because it's stated as a return to form for the band after the supposedly disappointing Another Perfect Day which is also entirely incorrect. Rock 'n Roll accomplishes this to a greater extent than Orgasmatron ever could. I'm not saying Orgasmatron is necessarily terrible, it's just really overrated.

Agreed but it might take a while to sort a list. I still think 1916 would end up as my favourite but it has been a while since I've listened to some of them.
Definitely some of the best black metal of this decade.

I was just listening to @no country for old wainds's link in the 2017 Top 10 thread and I was just completely enveloped by the track. If I had heard it and owned a copy when I made my list it definitely would have went in, hopefully it doesn't rob it of a much higher ranking in the final results.
I feel the same way in regards to both this album and Nordkarpatenland. This year has left me surprisingly pleased with black metal.

Well, either way, I'm glad it was released because it's some of the best musicianship I've heard in this subgenre along with bands like Abigor and Master's Hammer.
