They increase the price? Here they decrease it, same as Easter, and I usually take full advantage haha. Most people I know here who get into Halloween are just horror nerds, but of course their version of celebrating Halloween mostly just involves self-indulgent fandom shit like buying 30 knock-off Jason masks etc.

Supermarkets do, we have one lollie shop that I have never been into and a newsagent which sells Darrell Lea stuff but otherwise both Coles and Wollies change the bags, add a spooky picture and increase the unit price by 20%. Next week all the 'halloween' stuff will be marked down by up to 50% though
